It needs to be designed in a way where it is able to successfully achieve its specific objectives. Below are some of the reasons why it is a necessary part of education.

Peter Gale was Nonsuch Girls High School’s headmaster. Located in Sutton, Surrey, the girls' high school used to employ all female head teachers in the past and Peter was the very first male head teacher to hold the post.

An experienced educator, Mr. Gale started his tenure as the headmaster for the school back in September of 2013.  His time as headmaster for the school has been viewed as one where many positive changes have been introduced to the schools- changes that are still being enjoyed by the students and faculty of Nonsuch up to the present. Before becoming Nonsuch’s headmaster, he was the deputy headmaster for Roseberry School.
