Welcome to the Peter Gale Nonsuch blog. Peter Gale is an experienced Educational Professional from Surrey, United Kingdom. He was the Director of Education and the Deputy CEO of George Abbott School. He was also the Chief Executive officer of Guildford Education Partnership.
With more than twenty years of experience under his belt in educational leadership, he is skilled in Data Analysis, Coaching, Change Management, Strategic Planning, and Public Policy. He was responsible for leading a MAT Board made up of seven schools and comprised of over 5000 pupils. The MAT Board now has a leading school and a University in the top 10.
He used to be a part of Ofsted as an Inspector to her Majesty. Back then, he was responsible for inspecting schools as well as performing initial training for teachers in schools and in universities. It also fell on his shoulders to lead the required improvement and monitoring in secondary and primary schools. In addition, he acted as a national advisor for initial training for teachers.
